You might wonder now where you can get a stroker kit? They're available from many different auto outfits and online. Stroker kits, depending on the car, will cost in the thousands of dollars.
Alternately you can get an engine that has already been stroked second hand, or from crate motor and performance motor dealers. The crate motors will generally have high power outputs and are brand new so they will go well in any car you can squeeze them into.
When going for second hand engines, make sure to ask about the engine's previous use, also quiz the owner on their driving style, etc. as an engine could have been thrased and may be just about to die after your purchase.
